Privacy Policy

FSM Advisor (https://fsmadvisor.com) respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what choices you have. We collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names, emails, or payment details. The data we do process is limited to:

  • Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information. It records aggregate page views and general location (country/region) to help us understand which comparisons are useful.
  • Affiliate click logs. When you click an outbound link to a software provider, we log the destination provider, the page you came from, your browser type (user-agent), and a timestamp. We use this to understand which comparisons lead to sign-ups. We do not log your IP address alongside this data in a way that identifies you.
  • Server logs. Our host (Vercel) keeps standard access logs for security and reliability, which may temporarily include IP addresses.

Cookies

FSM Advisor itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. When you click through to a software provider via an affiliate link, that provider may set its own cookies to attribute your visit. Those cookies are governed by the provider's own privacy policy, not ours.

How we use data

Solely to operate and improve the site: to see which pages are read, which comparisons drive interest, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with the service providers named here (Vercel for hosting and analytics) who process it on our behalf.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Because we collect so little and store nothing that identifies you by name, there is usually nothing on file to retrieve — but if you have a request, email contact@fsmadvisor.com and we will respond.
