Who We Are

FSM Advisor is an independent research project, not a software vendor and not a reseller. We don't sell, install, or get paid to recommend any platform. Our job is to do the tedious part for you: read every pricing page, cross-check it against real user reports, and lay out — honestly — which tool fits a given trade and team size, and which doesn't.

Edited by Mathurin V.. We're researchers and analysts, not tradespeople — so instead of leaning on "trust me, I've been in the field," we publish our full methodology and show our sources on every page. Our analysis is AI-assisted and editor-reviewed, and pricing is always traced back to a public page or a user report you can verify yourself.

How We Make Money

Affiliate relationships do not influence our rankings or scores. We compare all platforms on the same criteria regardless of whether they have an affiliate program. ServiceTitan, for example, has no affiliate program — but it still appears in our comparisons wherever it's relevant.

Data Sources

Pricing data comes from vendors' public pricing pages, user-reported data from G2, Capterra, and TrustRadius, and direct outreach to vendors. Every data point is tagged with a confidence level: public (from the vendor's own website),reported (from user reports), or estimate (our calculation).

We run automated checks weekly to detect pricing changes and recompute affected comparisons. The "last verified" date on each page reflects when the data was last confirmed.
