Service Fusion Pricing (2026): Plans, Real Costs & Fees

Service Fusion
Flat-rate pricing with unlimited users — best value at scale
Service Fusion no longer publishes pricing — its pricing page now lists plans without rates. The figures below are the last rates Service Fusion published itself, kept for reference. They are not a quote: confirm current pricing with sales.
⚠ Service Fusion has pulled its published pricing — the rates we list are its last public onesSee detailsHide
Service Fusion published flat, unlimited-user rates for years. Between our July 25 and July 27, 2026 pricing checks it rebuilt servicefusion.com/pricing: the same Starter / Plus / Pro tiers are still there with their feature lists, but every rate, the monthly-vs-annual toggle, and the 15% annual-discount answer in its FAQ are gone, replaced by a “Talk to Sales” path. Nothing suggests the plans themselves changed — only that the numbers are no longer public:
| Plan | Last published | On the pricing page now |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $245/mo · $208/mo billed annually | Quote only |
| Plus | $382/mo · $325/mo billed annually | Quote only |
| Pro | $627/mo · $533/mo billed annually | Quote only |
We’ve kept the figures because they’re the last rates Service Fusion itself published, and they’re still the best anchor for a quote — but treat them as a starting point, not a price list. Vendors that stop publishing usually reprice soon after, and unlimited-user flat rates are the kind of thing that gets replaced with per-seat billing. If a rep quotes you well above these numbers, that’s the new book, not a stale page on our end. Worth asking directly whether the flat unlimited-user model still applies before you get deep into a demo.

Monthly vs. Annual Billing
Paying annually cuts Service Fusion's effective rate by up to 15% — but annual plans bill all 12 months upfront and aren't cancel-anytime. What each plan costs either way:
| Plan | Monthly | Annual (per mo) | You save / year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $245/mo | $208/mo | $444 (15%) |
| Plus | $382/mo | $325/mo | $684 (15%) |
| Pro | $627/mo | $533/mo | $1,128 (15%) |
What You'll Actually Pay
Estimated monthly subscription by team size (monthly billing, before payment processing):
| Team size | Est. monthly | Est. per year |
|---|---|---|
| 1 tech | $245/mo | $2,940 |
| 3 techs | $245/mo | $2,940 |
| 5 techs | $245/mo | $2,940 |
| 10 techs | $245/mo | $2,940 |
| 20 techs | $245/mo | $2,940 |
Costs Beyond the Subscription
- •Payment processing: 2.59% per card transaction.
- •Annual billing: the discounted annual rates are a 12-month upfront commitment — only monthly billing is cancel-anytime.
