Costs Beyond the Subscription

- •Priced per route/schedule with unlimited admin users and devices. Built around recurring routes — pest control, lawn, pool, cleaning. Route pricing is NOT linear at first: on Basic the second and third routes cost $50 each, and on Growth the early routes are uneven, with a $150 jump at the fifth (Pro adds $50 a route throughout); after that each route adds $30 (Basic) or $50 (Pro, Growth) up to 75 routes, past which GorillaDesk quotes (rate card read off the pricing-page route slider, 2026-10-05). Annual billing gives one month free (pay 11/12). SMS is a $5/mo add-on plus credits; VoIP is $65/user/mo. Payments run on your own Stripe or Square account at their standard rates. No setup fees or contracts; free data migration.
